Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return. If you are out of town, please contact us in advance so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 30-day return policy takes effect upon delivery, regardless of whether you are on vacation or unable to open the package. We must be contacted 48 hours after the delivery date for a return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at salvofarina@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The products must be:

  • In original condition (new)
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • in the original packaging

Return shipping cost:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return the product, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.

Product damage

We have a 30-day return policy. In case of receipt of broken/damaged product, the customer service team needs to be notified as soon as the product is received in case there is a problem. Post the stipulated deadlines, the team will not be able to honor any exchanges.
